Open this Good Friday & throughout the Easter long weekend 🐣⁠

Tiramisu Easter Eggs for Adults 😄 (from the team at @taste_team)⁠

Ingredients:⁠
• 3 x 100g hollow Easter eggs, halved⁠
• 80ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur⁠
• 80ml espresso coffee, cooled⁠
• 250g mascarpone⁠
• 330ml thickened cream⁠
• 60g icing sugar mixture⁠
• 1 tbsp extra Kahlúa⁠
• 9 savoiardi (sponge finger biscuits), cut into 1cm pieces⁠
• Cocoa powder, to dust⁠

Method:⁠
1. Prepare the eggs⁠
Carefully halve the Easter eggs using a warm knife. Set aside.⁠
⁠
2. Make the filling⁠
In a jug, mix the Kahlúa & cooled espresso.⁠
In a bowl, use electric beaters to whip mascarpone, cream, icing sugar & extra Kahlúa until soft peaks form (don’t overbeat).⁠

3. Assemble⁠
Divide the biscuit pieces between the egg halves.⁠
Drizzle over the coffee mixture.⁠
Spoon in the mascarpone mixture & smooth the tops.⁠
⁠
4. Chill⁠
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.⁠
⁠
5. Finish & serve⁠
Dust with cocoa powder just before serving ✨
