LEFTOVER CHRISTMAS HAM BAKED ROLLS⁠

The perfect way to use up leftover Christmas ham 👌⁠
⁠
You’ll need:⁠
- 2 cups leftover ham, finely chopped⁠
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese⁠
- 2 to 3 tbsp yellow pickle relish⁠
- 1 to 2 tbsp Dijon mustard⁠
- 2 to 3 tbsp mayo⁠
- 1 to 2 tbsp chives, finely sliced⁠
- Salt & pepper⁠

Glaze:⁠
- 2 tbsp melted butter⁠
- 1 tbsp honey⁠
⁠
How to make:⁠
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees⁠
- Slice 6 large buns or 12 slider buns horizontally, keeping them together as one sheet⁠
- In a bowl, mix ham, cheese, relish, Dijon, mayo, chives, salt & pepper⁠
- Spread the ham mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns⁠
- Place the tops back on⁠
- Mix butter & honey, then brush generously over the buns⁠
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden & melty⁠
