Need an easy activity to keep little hands busy these school holidays? These 2 ingredient Bacon & Cheese Rolls from @cookwithkels_ are simple, delicious & perfect for lunch, picnics or popping in the freezer for back to school! πβ

You`ll need:β
π₯£ 2 cups self raising flourβ
π₯£ 1ΒΎ cups Greek yoghurtβ
β¨ 2 tsp baking powderβ
π₯ 75g bacon piecesβ
π§ 1 cup grated cheeseβ

How to make them:β

1οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 180Β°C.β
2οΈβ£ Mix the flour, Greek yoghurt & baking powder until a dough forms.β
3οΈβ£ Lightly flour your bench, knead the dough together & divide into 6 rolls.β
4οΈβ£ Place onto a lined baking tray.β
5οΈβ£ Sprinkle over the bacon pieces & grated cheese.β
6οΈβ£ Bake for 20 minutes until golden.β

Enjoy warm with a little butter, pack them for a picnic or freeze the leftovers for easy lunches next week!
