LEFTOVER CHRISTMAS HAM BAKED ROLLS

The perfect way to use up leftover Christmas ham 👌
You’ll need:
- 2 cups leftover ham, finely chopped
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
- 2 to 3 tbsp yellow pickle relish
- 1 to 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 to 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 to 2 tbsp chives, finely sliced
- Salt & pepper
Glaze:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
How to make:
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees
- Slice 6 large buns or 12 slider buns horizontally, keeping them together as one sheet
- In a bowl, mix ham, cheese, relish, Dijon, mayo, chives, salt & pepper
- Spread the ham mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns
- Place the tops back on
- Mix butter & honey, then brush generously over the buns
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden & melty
Perfect for lazy summer lunches, beach days or Boxing Day grazing 🌊
